Hi,

Today I picked up a 7b G3 but I am experiencing some problems with the keyboard and screen. I first noticed a problem when I tried a couple of web pages, when I went to close the browser tabs the last tab would not close no matter whether i pressed on the X or around it. Next I noticed when using the keyboard i couldn't select the letters ERDX, I tried a reset and both using the keyboard with the device horizontal and vertical (to eliminate dead patches on the screen), this made no difference. Quite frustraitingly this problem doesnt seem like calibration, if i roll my finger from W across to R as an example I just cannot get an E, these letters were working earlier in the day! I did reset using the reset port and this brought the key back to life for barely a minute then they stopped working again.

I am now finding similar problems in all the apps I try, there are parts of the screen that simply will not respond no matter where I press, slightly left/right/up/down nothing happens. So I have web pages I can't close and address bars I can't activate to type in.

Does this sound like an issue with the hardware itself or something that could be fixed with a firmware upgrade.
