my tablet's battery is drained then the next day, i charged it. when opening it, arnova logo with black background appeared and freezes. i tried the pin reset + power button method but an android lying down with red exclamation point appeared. i tried also to connect it to my laptop but my laptop can't recognize the tablet. what should i do? my father got it as a prize from international airlines from UAE and i live in the philippines. please somebody tell me what should i do.

The best way to fix this kind of problem is to use Rockchip flasher to install a new firmware.

i have some probleme in my tablet arnova 7b g2 ..

the screen is black and won't turn on. Looking at the screen looks like its on as I can see a little white ... and i connected to my Laptop and it does not show it on the laptop ...

help pls Frown

Try to reset the tablet. Turn it on and as soon as it freezes, take a paperclip and push it in the little hole on the right side marked "reset". You should feel a little click when you push the resetbutton with the paperclip. Hold it for a few seconds and then release it.Switch the tablet off and on again and wait for a while.

If this does not do the trick, the firmware is probably damaged and you will have to flash the tablet with one of the firmware images you can find on this forum, as admin suggested.

If your tablet still does not work after you flashed a new image, there may be a hardware fault.
