Hi, 

I recently bought the 7b G2 dual touch

I also installed your custom firmware and works wonderfull.

But i wanted to know if you dont have an update for it with android 4.1?

And in your review it says 512 mb ram but when i check on my tablet i only see 256... is this normal or production error? I allready sent an email last week to Arnova but no answer....

If they its an error, will i have to reïnstall their firmware? if yes, how do i do this?

Hello,

There is very little hope to get Android 4.1 update from the manufacturer as Arnova did only update a few number of their G2 models and it was only to Android 4.0 ICS. I wouldn't hope on indendepent developed firmwares as the device is getting quite old and the chance of having it supported are decreasing fast...

The memory info you displayed on your device should be correct, the numbers do not reflect the 512 mb just because how the system allocates the memory.

I'm not very surprised you did not get any answer from Arnova support, most users on the forum that reported asking questions to Arnova rarely got answered.

I love the tablet. It does the job for what i need it quit nicely.

And for me its lightning fast :D

I still remember running Diablo 2 on Pentium 1 166MHz, 1,6 gb HDD, 128 mb ram and 32 mb videocard.... LOL that went fast!
