Hi all!

I recently bought a Arnova 7b G2 DT, and i want to flash it with MorkaMod 1.0.

But I've tried all the possible methods to enter in the recovery mode of the tablet, and no one work.

I saw a video on youtube of a guy entering in recovery mode on this tablet.

He put a pin on reset hole and simply turn on the tablet. I've do that but don't work.

Please help me!

The stock firmware does not have a recovery menu on the Arnova 7b G2 DT, but you can use Rockchip flashing tool to flash a different firmware or recover from a bricked device.

Enter in flashing mode putting a paper clip in the reset pinhole and push the power button.

Morkamod would need slight changes to work on the 7b G2 DT, at least add the device specific kernel and a resistive screen calibration utility, we'll probably do that once Morkamod is fully stable.

I saw reports, that morkamod is fully stable on the Arnova 7 G2.

With the last update of 7 /3/2012.

In case anyone else gets stuck with this (as I did for a bit): to get into recovery mode you need to:

1) Connect your tablet to your computer. If it turns itself on then turn it off again and leave it connected
2) Using a pin or paperclip hold down the reset button
3) Press the power button briefly, release, then take the pin out of the reset hole

Done! Note that you don't get any kind of indication on the tablet that you are in recovery mode, or even that it's turned on.
