Hello everyone, I first want to apologize for my English, I will try my best to express.
I have this tablet, the ARNOVA 7b g2. I worked perfectly but as I turn it on one day was nothing but black screen with white sign at ARNOVA. can not get on, not put it in recovery mode. What I can do? archos support technician tells me to just send it but I have no warranty. please help.

You'll need a firmware for your device, is it a capacitive or resistive (DT, Dual Touch) model ?

Try reset the tablet with a pin insert into the reset hole, it may solve your problem
If not work, the try the RK2918 recover
This can be done by :
1. download necessary software
2. Table enter recover mode-->pin the reset hole and at the same time press power-on button and insert USB to computer
3. Run the RK2918 firmware update program
