well, 2 options are available
the tablet has a problem with the buttons
you have a virus
did you try a restore to factory settings ?
There is very little chance that you caught a virus if you only installed "known" and validated applications from Appslib or Android Market.
You can reset your device going in Settings / Privacy settings / Factory data reset

1 more thing. they say that arnova 7b g2 have 8G flash internal and 512mb or 256 mb internal cache ( correct me if i'm wrong ) now that ill be resetting it to factory default. where do i store my applications.. so that ill not experience memory full error.
my set up right now is i placed a 16Gb xd card. my internal 8Gb have 6.54 G free space and my internal cache is 34Mb
The Android system manages the memory and the internal cache, there is not much you can do about it, appart freeing some memory using a task killer application. It shouldn't be needed though, as the system is supposed to take care of that.
The storage memory (8 Gb in your case for the internal storage and 16 Gb on your "external" microsd card) is distinct and is used by the applications you install and their data. Part of it is already taken by the system.
