ClockworkMod (CWM) Recovery easy install for RK3066 and RK3188 -- TWRP/CWM Flash-Tool and root for RK3288
Please donate to support OMA and CrewRKTablets firmware work, thank you !
A dump file is a copy of the firmware, which is extracted live from a tablet system. We usually make a firmware dump when the firmware hasn't been made available from the manufacturer.
In your case, if you made sure you have the right device (Arnova 7b G2 capacitive) you can use domrad's dump of the system image from post 1 (download http://db.tt/29DsvH5I and name it update.img)
Then flash it using Arnova regular procedure or use Rockchip flashing tool.
As for any firmware flashing operation, especially with non official firmwares, you do it at your own risk, but we'll probably be able to help in case things go wrong.

If the stock firmware flashing worked fine, your tablet is like a stock device out of the box. Just in case, you can always verify that there is no Google Play/Android Market in the Android applications.
Before you send the device, don't forget to remove your microsdcard if you had one installed.

I'm also a noob with tablets.
I've installed Arctools 0.68 on my 7b g2 capacative.
When I go to Firmware, I can only acces Custum firmware 1.11 EZ
When I click download I get an error (error 95, firmware file copy failed, Archive file cannot be accessed).
How to proceed? Am I doing anything wrong?

Hello George,
I have checked and there was a problem with firmware update on the hosting server, it should be fixed now.
Cheers.

Thanks for checking it, but I still get an error (95) so I can't download the custom firmware
The setup on the file hosting server where fixed after I verified, but I can't test it as I don't have an Arnova 7b G2 capacitive model. Can you go in Arctools, in the "Firmware" tab and paste where what you have on the Device: line ?
Cheers.
