CM7 port probably has limited support for 3D and CF3D just crashs, there isn't much to do unless wait for a CM7 update that may work better on this matter. If your device is "bricked" and does not start anymore, please use Rockchip flashing tool:

Anyway, the Arnova 7 has very limited 3D capabilities due to its lower end Rockchip RK2818 CPU. There is little to expect in term of 3D gaming... I am not sure if CF3D has a real use here.

and one thing I think I remove all " /data " folder..
me wants to remve /data/data/* and I do data/* (becouse prevously i have been do cd data/, I amb from ubuntu)
and i think is becouse that don't start. Any opinion? i am not very good at android but doing prevously say for you (/blog/archos-tablet/flashing-firmware-rockchip-cpu-based-devices-archos-ht-7-8-arnova-10/) i can solution?
