Good News!!!.
After hours of research, I found the simple solution to fix the 'internal storage' error.
The factory reset did delete /system/bin/busybox which doesn't mount the /data and /cache partition after reboot. Simply copy the /system/xbin/busybox over /system/bin/busybox using rootexplorer which solves the issue.

God. I saved lot of people's time... 🙂

I also had a similar issue. Can't install any apps from market. Manual installed apps via APK gets deleted upon reboot. Can someone please help by posting their files under /system/app directory?. I have un-installed the applib...
Not sure what apks your having trouble with but if its Google play, then download the zip posted in An 7 G3 Google play setup by lohtse, post number 4. I installed the ones that would install and then copied all files in the zip to /system/app/ folder and then rebooted. All worked great and when I did a factory restore/reset the apks were still installed and in my apks menu. Before you do this, I think that I would go into tablet setting menu and in Privacy do a Factory Restore /reset and start fresh.
Already tried the reset and no difference. I think I found the issue. Can someone please send the content of /proc/mounts file?. This can be done by using root explorer.

Here is the file you requsted from proc/mounts, from my dropbox.
Current devices.....Nabi 2, Nexus 7 32G, Galaxy Tab 10.1, Galaxy Tab 7+, Galaxy S2 Skyrocket AT&T 4G, Galaxy 8.9 AT&T 4G

Â
How did you do a factory reset on the 7g3 as my daughters is stuck on the ARNOVA boot screen, it won't go any further so I'm guessing a factory reset is my only option.
Â
It had the stock rom as no changes were made to it when purchased.
Â
Thanks.
