Hi guys... this is one nice fórum indid!!!
It's a great healping community and although this is one of my first posts (i must say that i am more of a reader than of a writer), i'll try to help out as well. My english is also a little rusty.. so bear with me... just give me some slack with it.. as well as with the typos that will happen for sure.. ehehe..
So.. this it how it goes..
I bought this nice piece of machine on a store (ARNOVA 7G3)... and.. well... i really liked the specs facing the money it costs. It was a cheap machine for the things it was supposed to bring on. I am in a overall way happy with it... except that.. i can't fast forward or rewind any video clip on youtube.. (i know.. it's not a big deal... but man... this is annoying)
If i use a bsplayer directly on youtube.. i can do all of that.. but not with the youtube application.
Strangly enough... i have not noticed anyone here complaining about the same thing.. so i am courious if it is just me.. or anyone else is having this issue?
Although i do have a POV of a programmer, i am not a tech guy on what matters to android and allwinner chips.. so i really don't know if this is a simple thing to fix or not, but i do know my way arround ADB, livesuite, flashing roms, etc... (and by the way i have tested all roms i could find.. since stock roms... going to elvish.. Hyundai a7.. and back to stock with full nand restoration.. and still... this wasn't fixed with any of these roms).
Also.. i've installed the market and gapps apps from arctools for the 7g3... and still that glich happens. Really... this is making me a little wacko! Can anyone out here point me to the right direction? Or... can anyone else tell me if their arnova 7g3 does fast forward and backward on youtube??
It just seems to be a problem with the native video player on the youtube app on my tablet.. i just don't know what it is..
Thanks for reading... and... if you could do any help suggestion or comment.. that would be nice...
Hi... thanks for your reply..
well... i also have a navigation time bar... but i cant use it, because if i skip a certain ammount of seconds forward in it... it just stays in the same position. Basically.. i cant go forward or backward regardless of the way i try to do it...
Is it just on my 7g3 or is this a general allwinner a10 bug of youtube?!
If it is just on my arnova... can anyone tell me what is your youtube version where u have this working right?
Thats a relief! I thought that i had damaged the rom someway... although i have restored it fully with ninjaduck metodth i was still having some serious thoughts on it. Well any ideas on how to fix this? Replacing the native video player seems to be a way... as other playe dont seem to have this bug. Any suggestions?
