According to Wikipedia, the Rockchip 2918 CPU could go up to 1.2 GHz http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rockchip
Still, I haven't hear of overclocking tools for this CPU, maybe it will require some kernel modifications...
Let's see if the CM7/CM9 ports on RK2918 brings such things.

CyanogenMod has overclock options but unless someone ports 7 or we get accelerated graphics and CyanogenMod 9 I'll keep looking for an all capable. Things is most seem to work with by selecting the device you want to over clock, around the Archos tabs not being listed so I'm reluctant to test settings supposed for other firmware.
also overclocking would be nice, but recently I've been playing O²jam which is a nice music game, and but just about runs with the noticeable lag but not enough to ruin the game play. It would probably play better with 1.2GHz but even playing it without overclocking this device gets pretty Hot!
