Can anyone help me please?
I've got an Arnova 7 G2 and a Windows 7 PC.
I've downloaded and unzipped the update.img file and installed Rockchip Batch Tool v1.5.
I've installed the RK29 driver and the Baqtch Tool sees my device when I have it in Flash mode and plugged into my PC.
After browsing to and selecting the update.img as the FW Path, I click on the "Restore" button and away it goes...
My problem is that when it gets to the "Download Firmware Start" part of the process, it stops at 40% (every time) and throws a "Restore Done Success <0> Fail <1>" error.
Now I have a 7 G2 that won't boot up and just displays a graphic of a sick Android robot on his back with his chest plate open!
Can anyone help please?
Thanks
Are you sure you device is a Arnova 7 G2, not a 7b G2 ? Have you tried to flash back the default firmware ?

Can you try with another USB cable ? same bad quality cables can lead to the failure you are having.
Also download RK_Android_Tool_v1.29.zip from the Rockchip Flash guide page, start the program and just do "Erase IDB", then try to flash again with Rockchip Batch tool.
You can try multiple times, but if it doesn't improve I'm afraid you are having an hardware failure of the flash memory.

Hi! I have installed this firmware 1 month ago and I'm really happy. All works 100% fine and fast! I donated some money for that! But I've a little question... I have tried keyboards, gamepads and pendrives, USB OTG... all works fine! but... how about bluetooth?
I'll go travel tomorrow and I would like to use a new Bluetooth keyboard with my device, but I don't know if this USB Bluetooth will works if I connect it to a USB-OTG converter... Do you have any of this bluetooth devices working on your 7 G2?
USB OTG PICTURE (USB - Micro USB)
BLUETOOTH USB (connected to USB OTG will works?)
Anyone can help me? ^^''
