Hi. Newbie here. My wife's 10d g3 has reset itself while playing words with friends and now just sits on boot scren. Have tried manually resetting using reset button but just reboots to arnova screen and freezes. I got it for as a xmas present (from hmv.....d'oh!) and have made no modifications. Anybody have any ideas or similar problems? Confused

Thanks but I don't want to reflash just yet. Is there a hard reset/ restore to factory settings procedure?

I've been searching and tried the reset/volumepress and charger plug in procedure but it does nothing. Is there another button pressing procedure I can try?

Well, I emailed Arnova and they told me to return the unit. I did this, which they acknowledged, and then heard nothing for nearly 2 weeks and they asked for the signed rma form. I faxed this then emailed asking for confirmation of receiving the fax. Heard nothing. Phoned them a couple of times and they couldn't confirm anything at all..... They told me not to worry and a unit should be returned within 4 weeks. It arrived yesterday! I can't believe the poor communication and total lack of information from them. At least I now have a working tablet again.......but for how long???
