ClockworkMod (CWM) Recovery easy install for RK3066 and RK3188 -- TWRP/CWM Flash-Tool and root for RK3288
Please donate to support OMA and CrewRKTablets firmware work, thank you !

Wow is all I can say about this tablet! I was able to pick a brand new one up for $37.50 . Very good investment I think. I had it rooted about 20 mins after charging it and first using it. I should point out the EASIEST method I found was not mentioned on this site, none of them would work for me. I was able to get root using motochopper. The adb drivers wouldn't work for me either, couldnt find the hash code to install them. I ended up using a generic adb interface driver that worked like a charm. So far I've done some serious modding to this impressive little device( for what it is). So far I have overclocked clear to 1488mhz!!! However, it is FAR from stable that high. I found it to be stable up to 1200mhz. 1156mhz seems to be the sweet spot though. I'm working on porting philz touch recovery over for use. There's a few bugs but backup and restore is working well. I will also be porting CM over. I'll keep this updated, this forum seems dead but someone may find it useful .

Hi,
it would become more alive, if you would share some more details and share your files/sources.
Especially if you have made a OC kernel for that device, we would be very interested in the sources of the kernel.
And if you port CM to it, a repo of it would be very appreciated.

Cheers

I will certainly be sharing. I will have some extra time tomorrow to write up a few how to's to contribute to the community. The kernel is bone stock, I've just added a little OC to it. I have seemed to max out at 1200mhz for being stable. I recommend 1156 however being as I have encountered a few random reboots at 1200 when under a heavy load. I will make a how-to for that as well. Along with how to give write access to the external SD. As well as a rooting method using motochopper. Glad to see some interest already!
