Hello to everyone,
My name is Pedro, I come from Spain. Nice to meet you.
I have an ARNOVA 10 tablet and when I boot it shows “android.proccess.acore process has stopped unexpectedly” error and it get hang and it doesn’t work.
I think I must do a hardware reset or firmware update but I don’t know how to do this, the exactly model tablet and where I can download and execute this firmware.
Behind tablet shows: FCC ID: SOVA101B; IC: 5511A-A101B; MODEL: A101B.
I don’t have user guide. Can you tell me how I can repair it?

I believe the model you have is the Arnova 10b (first generation / G1)
One option to repair the tablet is to flash a firmware.
Get the firmware here: http://www.arctablet.com/blog/featured/arnova-firmwares-updates/
and the follow the flash procedure from here:
