I broke my screen on the 10b and have been contacting Arnova to ascertain where I can get another screen from.
I dismantled the device and tried to order another screen from Dabs.ie but to no avail.
I have contacted Arnova from contacts on their website and have logged in my serial number for the device and asked for technical support, their advice being return to shop. I would prefer to purchase a new screen and put it in myself. Why is it such a problem to get a spare part?
Any suggestions on where I can get a new screen?
The only way is to send the arnova to them, it is posibile that you will be charged because you voided the warranty
