I have bought a Arnova 10b G3 8Gb dual touch tablet.
I have loaded arctools and google store, that was working.
Yesterday we actived the 'access lock' (pattern lock)
Today the table is started, but the touchscreen is not reacting when I push on the 'Rounded Lock' picture to start.
Can someone help me?

We have a firmware for the Arnova 10b G3 Dual Touch (DT) model that may help you to restore your tablet, please make sure you have a DT model before flashing.
To be flashed with Rockchip Batch Tool.

You need to get in the flashing mode, install the drivers from the rockchip tools, open rockchip tools, select the firmware, use restore to flash it.
1. Preliminary steps:
- Download and unpack the firmware you want to flash, please get the official firmware for your device if you want to restore the tablet as stock or use a custom firmware. I downloaded kasty-arn10bg3-40-042.zip, opened it and moved it to my desktop. There was not a option to unpack it.
- Download and unpack Rockchip_Batch_Tool_v1.5.zip (latest Rockchip Flasher tool version 1.5) Did the download and (because there was no possibility to unpack) opened it.
- Shutdown the tablet, you may want to wait for a few seconds to make sure it does not restart Done.
- Execute the flashing tool RKBatchTool.exe on your computer I think I did something wrong in the first two steps, because I do not see the option Run as Administrator (Windows 7)
On Windows Vista or Windows Seven, you will have to Right Click on the program and select Run as Administrator
