Hello all.

I am looking for some help as I have just bought a new Arnova 10b G3 and found out it can go 3G. I bought the stick with the host ubs cable but I still can't get on the internet. (I'm hoping someone can spell it out for me as I have no idea what I am doing) I have connected it but then selected Mobile networks and then I select Network Operatiors. After which 2 tabs are available 1. Search Networks or 2. Select Automatically. Once I click these they say loading then it takes me back to the same 2 options and I get no further then that! Can someone please help?

Maybe a little bit dumb question, but did you insert a sim card in the 3G stick?

I added an 02 Sim card that we have with a different dongle just to try that, Im not sure if I have to go out and buy a new sim since the 02 one we have already lets us online. (Thats how I'm on here now talking about it) Embarassed

Not 100% sure but 3G means you will need a 3G sim card.

I think I know the solution, I have posted this on another tread also...

Put the SIM in your phone and disable the PIN code prompt. Then put the SIM back in your 3G stick and re-test. It should work now...
