Hi, My arnova screen has being acting unusual for the past couple of weeks, on the side without the webcam (speaker side) sometimes registers touch without me even touching it making the product unusable, or not registering touch at all ( Might be because i dropped it :/ ). I have pressed the screen with a bit of force and it stays fine for a day or two. Now it has come to the point of annoying and i was wondering how i would go about replacement.
Firstly i purchased it from HMV (now in administration) and it was a online purchase just in december last year. I had a look around the Arnovatech website and it seems to be based in China and i don't really want to send it there. I'm not quiet sure how i would approach them since i cannot find the receipt for the tablet (if hmv did send one in the package), and they claim they don't accept bank statements etc.
So i was wondering what i should approach:
A) contact arnova and see what i can do
B) send it to a tablet repair company (No idea which and if they are good)
C)Buy a new screen and fit it
( If so will any 10' fit and it doesn't look like it can just be 'replaced')
