ClockworkMod (CWM) Recovery easy install for RK3066 and RK3188 -- TWRP/CWM Flash-Tool and root for RK3288
Please donate to support OMA and CrewRKTablets firmware work, thank you !
I know this is a stupid question, and I have had this tablet for about 5 months now. But through out then, I didn't ask this question. Where is the mic found in the arnova 10b g3? I have used Google now successfully, however using skype dosen't seem to work for me...
Also, I just want to let the admin know that this info wasn't found on the review. It would be helpful if people were to see the strength, e.t.c of the mic as well
Thanks, and any feedback is severely appreciated.

On the right side edge where the power button/plugs are, look for a very tiny pinhole and that should be the mike port. On my 7g3 it's close to the bottom right corner (looking straight on at the right edge of tablet that would be the far left side).
I looked on the web for a clear pic, best I could find was on this page ( http://www.notebookcheck.net/Review-Archos-Arnova-10b-G2-Tablet-MID.75610.0.html ). Zoomed in close and still couldn't see it well enough to tell for sure.
Some of the google links I read spoke of a weak microphone for this model, but it does have one.

Hey, your welcome. I haven't tried video chatting, though I've read here that Skype doesn't work perfectly on these devices. Try the first link for a possible solution, a download that might work better for your tablet. :^)

Hey thank you ever so much for your persistent assistance, it has helped me a lot, but when i tested all of the versions of skype you pointed out to me, they didn't seem to work... But apparently their is a bug on skype that makes devices with 4.1 jb or plus not work with the video chat and microphone chat.
I feel it is a light burden on you but can you help me find a version of skype that would work for jelly bean? You don't have to, but it would be a great help if you could
Thanks in advance!

i Just Googled "Getting Skype to work with jellybean" and it looks like it's a NO-GO. Skype doesn't play nice with JB, it seems.
You might try starting a new thread here, or use the search box above, "Skype Issues", maybe someone here knows a way.
