Please read all the steps of the flashing
Step 1. Download
http://www.arctablet.com/utils/download.php?file=/firmware/Arnova10bG3/kasty_oma-arn10bg3-41-046-2G.zip&p1=1353889195&p2=821f8b900b484ce1417cbe86f2b444a7fb941c0f&p3=1391
Step 2. Install and run Rockchip Flashing tool
Please follow the Rockchip Flashing tool procedure: that will explain how to download Rockchip flashing tool, unpack the archive, put your device into flashing mode and flash the custom firmware file that you have unpacked in Step 1.
http://www.arctablet.com/blog/featured/flashing-arnova-g2-rockchip-2918-rockchip-flashing-tool/
Step 3. Arnova 10b G3 flashing and restart
After Rockchip flasher has transferred the custom firmware to the tablet, the device will restart and install the firmware. Finally you will be back to Arnova homescreen, there is no setup wizard with this firmware.
You will find the 3 easy steps of the installation procedure in the following video, see how to get Google Play and root to the Arnova 9 G3 in less than 10 minutes, it works on a similar way with the Arnova 10b G3.
See troubleshooting section and device unknown issue on the Rockchip flasher guide, change try different USB port on the notebook, change USB cable, try on a different computer.

It took me a while to get my 10b G3 in to flashing mode too. If your PC is seeing it as an "AN10BG3" in the device manager, it's NOT in flashing mode! This is what worked for me (you'll need both hands!)
Plug in the tablets power supply and USB cable from your computer to your tablet.
On the tablet, hold down both the volume up and the power button.
While keeping them held down, push a paperclip or similar long thin object into the reset hole and push the reset button once.
Release the volume and power buttons after about a second.
If it worked, the tablet will appear to be completely turned off (black screen, no backlight). If the ARNOVA logo pops up, it hasn't worked and you're not in flashing mode! Try again from the first step. Your PC will also start asking for drivers for a "RK29 Device" or similar. This is when you go to the relevant driver folder in the extracted Rockchip Flasher folder.
Once the drivers are successfully installed, start the Rockchip flasher as administrator on your computer. If your tablet is in flashing mode, box no.1 in Connected Devices will be lit up red. You can now load up your firmware of choice and proceed to flash the tablet.
