Hello,

I recently purchased Arnova 10b G2. As there was no Drivers CD or so I assumed it would be fine with Windows 7 to find the propriate ones. Unfortunately "something" was installed automatically, but afterwards i got an error message, the USB device driver was not installed. Now every time I connect PC to the Arnova 10b G2 I have to hold the Arnova exactly at a vertical position to keep the connection to PC. Any small movement destroys my connection and I am very upset, that I have a new product and it is not working the way it should be. So any ideas why it is so? Is it the cable? Or the missing driver you have hopefully for me here? It cannot be Windows 7 because I have made a new partiotion with a clean Installation of Windows 7 and the problem still the same?
