Actually I am facing one problem with my tab,which is as fallows. When I used to turn on my tab,it provide me an option to"Complet action using" and give three option i.e 1.com.android.provision.DefaultActivity
2.Setup Wizard And
third Use by default for this action.
After this I am unable to do anything...means its touchscreen don't work.I tried for factory reset,but was to get recovery mode.For long time if I used to follow your factory reset procedure then screen of tab used to blink or you can say it flickers.I necessary I can send you photo of it,if you are unable to understand the problem.
Please suggest solution as early as possible.

Try connecting a mouse to the USB host port if you lost touchscreen access.
