No, flashtools for rk29 are: RKBatchToll v1.4 or RKAndroidTool v1.29.
Use the flashtool coming with the firmware.

Hi again OMA I have loaded up rockchip v1.4 and successfully connected which firmware should I download and flash ics or jelly bean would be preferred but to be honest either one that works would be a blessing after today lol

heY OMA I managed to install the firmware and its fine however my son installed a live wallpaper app which has caused the tablet to continually turn off and flick between the arch tablet icon and arnova screen .
any advice as to how I can get the app emoved and resolve this problem

hey OMA I cant move apps to sd card and there is no option to use mass storage when connecting to pc
