Hi all, just got one of these tablets and so far so good. Got Android market running fine on it and using Go Launcher Ex as my launcher.
The viewing angle is not the best (unless it's used upside down...) but I think I can live with that.
One thing that does not seem to work is the Kindle App, it seems to miss of words at the beginning of each page, anyone else know of this problem or have a remedy?

Hi,
The Kindle app does not work well as the status bar at the top of the tablet covers the top of the page you are trying to read.
There is a solution to this I believe, you need to hide the status bar, check here for info how to do it:

I have not tried this but apparently it works, I use Moon Reader which I think is a better book reader than the Kindle app.

Kindle won't activate. Have Archos 70c. Kindle successfully installed but won't boot up. Removed and reinstalled several times no success. When activating the icon a Kindle screen (not a reader screen) comes up then returns to the readers home page. Looking for some help. Thanks

I have given up on Kindle and use Moon reader as advised above. It works a treat too, but it's not the right result if you have purchased Kindle books 🙁

I use Calibre book converter to convert kindle books to epub format that Moonreader uses. Calibre is fast and free!

There is a solution to this courtsey of Bob White (Finless) via APK Mod to make the status bar transparent or reduce it to 30%.
