Hello. I was give an Archos Arnova 10 g2 Philadelphia inquirer edition for Christmas. I had got it and I noticed that the device had an outdated android version. So I went online and tried to update the firmware. I went to the manufacturers website and followed the instructions. I let the software install and everything. I was very patient. So, I left it over night. I get up the next morning and noticed that the Arnova screen was on. I waited and waited and nothing happened. So I unplugged it from the computer and from its charger and noticed the reset button. I pushed it in hope that the device will worked as intended. It turned off and I pushed the power button. Once again it did nothing but the Arnova screen. I tried to put it in recovery mode and nothing happened. So I plug it to the computer and my computer says found new hardware, installing drivers. It then says drivers not installed. I unplug the tablet and a different message pops up and say device not recognized. I am literally trying all that I know. Please help!!!! I would really like to use this thing.
