Is there a way of telling what version of flash player is installed on the 10G2 stock, I only ask as I'm sure I can remember seeing a post that said whatever you do don't update to a certain version as it causes a lot of problems. (but for the life of my, I cannot remember what the version number was).
I only ask because don't you need flash player to use BBCI player, and other catchup tv services.
Just wondering if there is a way of creating shortcuts to these services, a bit like the x bar on the ps3? (Out of curiosity I've just downloaded "Go Launcher 2.70" and wondered if that would do what I wanted.
thanks chaps for any replies.....
Sorry for the noob questions, but I am totally lost as to what to do, for instance If I install the apk for go launcher can i still go back to the original stock look if required. (say for instance her indoors can't get on with Go launcher.....
If you install a new launcher you can revert back on the stock whenever you want by uninstaling it (also, on my arnobva 7cg2 when i press the home button, 2 option appears, to select from the go launcher and stock)
If you want shortcuts on your main screen, go in to the menu, chose an aplication, click on it for 2 seconds till(the main screen should pop up,and you can drag and drop`it where you want), and you can move`it on your main screen
Go on this site http://www.playerversion.com/ from arnova to check your flash version.
You can get the version number for any application by going into Settings / Manage Application, then move to the "All" tab, find your application in the list then click on it. You'll see the version info on the first line.
I don't know how to create a shortcut to the app. version.
If I remember right, Adobe Flash version 11.x and later are currently causing problems on the 10G2, so it's best to keep using an older version 10.3
