Just bought the arnica 10 g2 today. Had some initial power so connected to PC to try and upgrade firmware as recommended. This failed to complete and now tablet will not turn on even when connected to charger and is not recognized by PC when connected by USB. Please help, not happy at all!!

He Finless,
Same problem here.. 🙁 I've tried your solution on both a 32 bit and a 64 bit computer.. Everything works, except when giving windows the driver from the Rockchip Flash Tool package 1.4 (selecting windows 7 with driver file), it keeps telling me that the driver isn't compatible for the device.. Do you've any idea how to solve this? Thanks in advance, just starting to love this tablet, but not I'm really stuck :\

Well I do not know why that is happening. It doesnt for a lot of people. You are logged in as an administrator yes?
Maybe try this set of drivers I got from another tool kit and see

He Bob,
Yeh the sites are fixed, thank for the work 🙂
But sadly no result 🙁 I'm still getting the notification (translated from dutch..):
''The selected map doesn’t contain a compatible driver for your device. Check if the driver works for Windows on a x64-based computer if the map does contain a driver file.''
Thanks in advance, again.. 🙂 !

You should be able to use the driver on a x64 computer, I managed to do so on 2 Win 7 x64 machines and a Win XP 32 bit. The only difference is that my OS is in English and yours in Dutch. Will try to find a Dutch machine somewhere at home.
How I was able to do this?
I connected the USB cable to the arnova and the computer, let it boot the first time connected.
Then I shut down the arnova and press volume up and power on (keep it both pressed).
The arnova will boot and Windows will detect the Arnova device as a rockchip device and will try to install the drivers. In device manager, the android device will have a yellow icon, right click, select update driver. Now you will be asked to select the RK drivers, select the x64 Windows 7 driver, it will manage to complete. Then you should be able to use the RKBatchtool.
