I have just bought a pre-owed 10G2.

When I connect to my internet ( secure wireless home network ), it connect briefly and then says "disbled" and turns off.

Can anyone help?  Spent wasted money ringing their tech support to be told they couldn't help.

Don't want hubby to go and throw a strop with the lad in question who sold me it lol

Any help please?  Have downloaded the latest firmware from their website but no joy at all 🙁 xx

Can you see the connection go to the stage of writing "Connected" ? How long does it stay before it disconnects ?

Have you tried another WIFI access point ?

Give it a little more charge, then try putting a paperclip in the reset pinhole for a few seconds.

Let us know how it goes.

If it doesn't work, it may require some flashing using Rockchip tools http://www.arctablet.com/blog/featured/flashing-arnova-g2-rockchip-2918-rockchip-flashing-tool/

Hi, I am having the same problem as brittone05. My 10 G2 was working fine, then out of no where last night it just stopped connecting to my home network. It keeps connecting quickly and then telling me that it is disabled.  I have not tried to use another connection at this point.  I have reset my tablet though and this did not change the problem.

If someone could respond with an answer for my I sure would appreciate it!

Thanks

Maybe it's worth trying to flash again your firmware.

get the firmware from here and flash it following Arnova procedure  or even better, if it works for you thru Rockchip flashing tool.

I appreciate your suggestions.  I have never been able to get my tablet to connect to my pc(Win. Vista). It just wont even read that the device is plugged in. I read thru all of the forums on here, but have been unsuccessful in getting my pc to read it. The tablet recognizes that it is connected to the pc, my pc just doesn't recognize the tablet.  So I have been unable to use this method for anything.  If you could give me some pointers on this topic I'd appreciate it.

Your computer should mount your tablet thru USB without any problem.  Are you properly allowing the USB mount on the tablet after connecting it to the PC ?

Yeah, I am. I've read a lot of the posts on here about how to turn on the usb debugging. I've done that and still nothing.
