Start up Arctools on your tablet and go to remove apps. Than remove Arctools from your tablet using APPLICATIONS/MANAGE APPLICATIONS/UNINSTALL.
ÂNow using the link above download the Arctools 0.57 and follow the instructions to get the Market working.
I removed the apps as suggested and then uninstalled Arctools as you suggested. I then installed Arctools 0.57 and went for the "3.4.4 (root Install)" option. It downloaded, then I pressed "install apps" and when it was completed I turned the tablet off, and on again.
Long story short, I still get the same problem as before when trying to sign in to my Google account:
Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server.
Â
Any other ideas?

Jonni, try reflashing.
Â
duytnguyen, why do you want to go back??
Â
misc & tsk: Have you tried setting up a new google account? And have you tried to connect to another WiFi point?

I've tried using three different wifi access points (at two addresses) and none will work.
I haven't tried a new Google account, as I've had problems with multiple accounts on a phone before. I also have a number of apps associated with my existing Google account - that I'd like to be able to install on the Arnova.

What type of security are you using on your wireless router as I have read some people have problems with the wi-fi on the G2 if the router they are using has the old WEP security. If it has change it to WPA to see if that makes a difference or if not temporarily disable security on the router so your network is open (no password required). Than remove your wireless settings on your tablet under settings for the previous Access points that your tablet has tried to connect to.
Â
Try connecting now to see if that makes a difference for you.

For Market login problems, do these steps and it usually solves it. I have had it happen a few times myself and it does matter which version of Market I installed.
1) Go into manage apps, select all apps (not just downloaded), and find; Google Services Framework. Click on that and click on the clear data button.
2) No go back and find Gmail if you have it installed. Go into that and clear data as well.
3) DON'T DO ANYTHING at this point! Power off completely and power back on.
When you come back up go right to the market and try to logon using your existing account. It should work. This procedure has always cleared up the first login issues I have had when first installing the Market.
Â
giga8547, if you read some of the posts lately about appslib, they have been having some problems the last few days. Same complaints from many for at least 3 days now. This issues with it have nothing to do with the ROM.Â
My wife played Angry birds all day yesterday on my 10G2 with no hangs or issues, so you might be right about the hardware if you're having trouble or maybe some other app is causing a problem? I had a live wallpaper installed early on that would cause all kinds of instability on the stock rom.
Â
Jonni, your screen looks just like the issue of not clicking the EraseIDB before flashing. Erase IDB erases the Image Definition Block. This HAS to be done since we are changing the size of the image block for the new firmware. e.g. we are making more space for apps, etc. If you do not erase the IMGs get installed wrong and you get a garbage screen like yours is showing. So try again and eraseIDB and flash with my firmware. If you want to go back to stock then use these instructions here for doing that. You cannot use my tools to flash stock firmware since you do not have the stock firmware in IMGs. You only have update.img. So follow these instructions here:

My firmware has no changes to languages from stock. So if Arabic doesnt work on the stock ROM it wont be any different on my 1.1 ROM.
Â
Also to change languages you do not just change the language setting. You also need to go into Android Keyboard and change that as well if you want the keyboard to change to that language. I do not know if Arabic is supported since I cannot read Arabic.

Hi admin
sorry coz I tried u with my questions, I want to ask u, why when I install any program from appslib appeared that I dont have enough space, my free space is 6.5 GB so what means by not enough space??
Appslib server is been having problems for days now. If you read posts here MANY are complaining of this problem. I cannot even connect to appslib today. Some seem to think these are firmware issues but they are not. Again Applib is having problems!
