Having issues with flash 10.3 aswell. Or maybe its the browser. I'm put boxes don't let me type if flash is installed. I have the same prob on stock browser ans dolphin HD. On Han firmware stock firmware and bobs all do the same. Can't find any help. Maybe its a firmware issue since they all dirived from the same base with minor mods. Any tips bob. Oh dialog works without flash but can view view without it.
Sorry I am not fully understanding the problem? Also where did you get your flash 10.3 version from? I have heard that the one for the Arnova is different and to not load the 10.3 from appslib.
I would post the 10.3 that came with the Arnova but Adobe may not like me doing that.
I would like to connect Arnova 10G2 to Internet with USB connected Nokia phone (5800XM).
It's not working out of the box like USB Internet keys.
With Linux it works using cdc_acm driver included in vanilla kernel. I think this module is present also in Android kernel but it's not included in our tablet.
Could be nice to give a try in next ROM you will provide.
I've been using your updated firmware since Saturday, all's been fine til yesterday when market 3.4.4 installed using arctools 0.60 stopped working. Tried clearing data etc to no avail so did a full factory reset, managed to get market reloaded and working again but now only have market 1.82 which is giving me prices in dollars. I have been unable to update it using any of the methods on arctools.. Any ideas?
When you installed the firmware you should of used v0.57
Of arctools to install the market. You can try to clear the nand storage
In storage settings followed by factory reset in privacy.
Now use the 0.57 version to install the market. If this does not
Work than you may have to reflash and install market
Download arctools 0.57 from here:
If using my ROM you MUST reflash to get rid of anything that got installed in /system like other Market installs may have done. The reseon is the factory reset thing does not expect /system to have been written to so it does not clear that out. So you must EraseIDB and reflash to get a clean system.
Install Arctools and use the 3.4.4 Rooted intsalll choice.

Ok I am just tried again and thought I would write what Steps I have taken
1) Run RKAndriodTool v1.29 (on Stock ROM)
a) Erase IDB again
2) Installed Finless Rooted ROM v1.1
Link Here : /assets/firmware/Arnova10G2/arn10g2-23-1_1.zip
3) Gone through Startup Wizard
4) ERASE NAND and then Privacy Factory Reset
5) Setup Wi-Fi
6) Installed ArcTool v0.57
Link Here : /blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/com.arctablet.arctools057.apk
7) Used ArcTools to install "Default Apps & Market 3.4.4 (root Install)
8) Turned off & on
9) Loaded Market app and added account
10) Downloaded my new APPS! 🙂
Just wanted to say thanks to Finless this ROM is awesome 🙂 makes the Device so much faster so not even taking into Account Market its awesome.
Plus thought people may want to use the steps I took above
AND Just adding to everyone's compliments to Finless for such technical acumen (Great work Bob!) and for displaying the right stuff all round. I used the above protocol for ultimate success but it wasn't without its tense moments. It took a couple of attempts to install the drivers on XP; there was an unexpected restore after the NAND and Privacy reset (that was just my naivety I suppose) and afterwards a Wi-Fi conundrum when I couldn't connect; which required me to configure a new password as the old one simply wouldn't work. If I can pass anything on it is this; keep a cool head, be patient and especially start afresh. Re-flash, new WI-fi password and when the protocol says at 9. "add account" don't try to add your old gmail account like I did! Start afresh. Thanks again to Finless and also many thanks to nwhite89.
