thank you. how do you extract it?

if i extract it in ubuntu the file changes from cm7src2.tgz.bz2 to cm7src2.tgz which is 1.5gb bigger and the .tgz doesn't extract just error.

i can mount the file with archive mounter and copy files out but at a rate of about 1kb per second.

Sorry if the file wasn't named properly.

It was actually a bzipd'ed tar file. tar xvj should unpack it properly.

I'll leave the archive for a few more days then delete it from the server. I'll make it available later if someone needs it.

I'll redownload everything later tonight, to see if the last error (see repo.txt) is gone.

I noticed but when i do repo sync on the source code you gave me it starts downloading a lot more than justone project missing.

Must be having server issues.

I tried to sync again, at different times of the day, it does not seem to have retrieved any new files.

During my different syncs, I got the following errors:

error: revision gingerbread in CyanogenMod/android_prebuilt not found

and

fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

I'll give it a fresh start later this week, in the meantime I hope you can get your files by yourself or someone else.

OK guys, I also get sync errors at the end, but this solved my problems (check post no.23)

Also try to run repo sync with -j1 parameter. It will use only one thread for downloading (it is slower but works)

Hello simondo, here are the source files. Just copy them to the root of your buld directory (e.g. android/system).

Then just run . build/envsetup.sh and lunch and you should see rk2918 in the list.

Ive got a copy of the full source code but what youve gave me just gives a million errors and doesnt finnish compiling

If you go to the git website and search rk2918 theres two that come up ill try the other one.

When downloading the source code you might as well get rid of the devices we dont need which is all of them. No point in downloading them.
