Errrm, I wasn't aware the PiPO M9 pro had no hardware buttons. Actually the CWM Recovery deployed by ArcTools is the generic one built for devices with hardware keys (vol+/- and Power) to navigate.
Still, this recovery should accept keyboard/mouse input and gestures (touching the screen and moving up and down) but maybe it's not that convenient. Feedback is still welcome to know if it's workable like that...
I'll see if I can find better options for the M9 pro.

Cheers.

Need to know what admin is going to do with this CWM recovery? Are we going to get updates through this way or do we have to reflash the whole ROM and download again the CWM.and use it only for backup and restore.

This CWM Recovey will be available to install from any firmware, provided the firmware is rooted. So you'll eventually need to re-run the procedure after each updates if you re-install a firmware with a stock recovery (like most our Kasty custom firmwares).

We are also considering a better way to do firmware updates using CWM package, so installed apps and data can be kept accross firmware updates, but it's still in the works and not very well tested. We'll post in the forum when we have a package ready for testing.

Cheers.

I am sorry about that ADMIn , I made a public apology and correction, use the touch screen to move around and of course the pwer button for confirmation somewhere in the testing threads. So just need to remind users to use the the touch screen to move up/down.

No worries there.

It's all good cracktech, no problem.

Based on all the positive feedback received and no problem reported so far, I'll open the program to everbody by the end of the day. I'll add some instructions and maybe a video on the different ways to move inside the CWM-R.

Cheers.
