Remote assistance has been around for a long time and it allows users to access their devices through the internet. Generally, it is a tool that allows technical support, friends, or family. They can easily access the PC to help in troubleshooting and solve the issue, customize the program or change settings of a system without having to be physically present. The feature appears to be enabled on Windows 10 by default. If you do not want to use it or want to comply with the security policy in the organization, then you should disable it to protect the device.
