Until now, the package "iFive X2 Android 4.4.2 CWM Recovery by ManuPC" to enable CWM Recovery on KitKat tablets was enabled only on models that were reported to be compatible. There are many requests to enable it for other models, so we did. It should now be visible to any tablet.

You can try on your Rockchip based KitKat tablet, please report how it goes to help the community.

Worked on my Ceros Revolution review – Quad core, 2048 x 1536, 9.7 inch tablet. Running Android 4.2

I had to use hand gesters to operate though. Use gestures on the touchscreen: touch and move up to select up, touch and move down to select down, swipe left to accept or swipe right to go back.

Doesn't work for me..i've successfully install CWM, but i get these errors in cwm:

E:Can't found misc
E:Can't mount cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open cache/recovery/log
E:Can't found misc
E:Can't mount cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't found misc

.I can't do anything except for reboot system and reboot recovery..i have a rk3066 device..i'll really appreciate your help..thanks

I am a new member and have read this Forum with interest and hope someone can advice me. I have a Samsung Quad Core 2.0GHz Tablet Model P9700 9.7 inch Screen Android 4.4.2 DDR4GB HD 64GB, Processor Model:Cortex-A9 and RK3188, Kernel Ver. 3.0.36+ dont@dont #319. I have already rooted this tablet.

My question is would your ClockworkMod work for this Tablet?

Thanks for your feedback, I was about to post that you can have a try, there is no much risk if your tablet is rooted, if you have a backup of your data and a copy of the original manufacturer's firmware.

Thank you to all the members for their tips and guides, and I did backup my firmware, I have had a lot of practice fiddling with my Samsung galaxy S2 ever since I bought 3 years ago, rooting installing different firmwares etc.

working great on cdr-king FP-020-VE not only backup recovery but a whole entire apps+password its so great.thank you for this...

first i install this arctools then i backup after whole process of backup i factory reset my tab then restore my backup then viola all my apps,settings,etc are back so great...again thank you for this

Just purchased CHUWI V17HD , trying to connect to Google thru add Account results in an error , "Servers were not connected .... "

1. Does the V17HD 3rd gen by Oma KitKat build v1.0 solve this problem ??

2. How do I install V17HD 3rd gen by Oma KitKat build v1.0 on the tablet
