Hoping anyone can help, I installed as instructed, Arctools and firmware update..followed instructions...and now my tablet wont switch on...its dead..even when plugged into charger..What do I do now?

Can you let it charge for a while and try again to see if it starts ?

If it does not, you'll need to use Rockchip flasher to flash a firmware, either the original one from Arnova or our custom firmware (use file kasty-ez_arn10g2-23-12.zip).

CryI've tried to do this several times....tablet is not being recognised by laptop...so cant use the rockchip..as its not picking up the tablet..Help..what do I do now?
