I'm running UrukDroid 1.6RC2 on an Archos 70, although the situation still applied on UrukDroid 1.5. I'll raise the issue on the UrukDroid forum too, but I just wanted to see if you have any experience / input on this.
I've used the Arctools method to install the Market for ages.
When I open the Market on my A70 for the first time, after installing, the "My Apps" listing works fine. The second time, I get:-
"Applications and games owned by this account will appear here.
Browse apps (and)
But no listing appears. If I then use Arctools to remove all apps, reboot, then download and install apps, then reboot, the "My apps" listing works fine again, but only for the first time. Then I have to uninstall and reinstall again, every time I want to check My apps.
If I search for any of my apps, it correctly shows it as either Installed or Purchased (if not installed), and "Update available" if appropriate.
It's just this My apps thing which doesn't work properly.
Oh, one other vital piece of information. I don't get this problem on my un-rooted A70, only my UrukDroid-rooted A70.
Thanks for reporting this problem.
It's been a while I haven't used UrukDroid.
I will check for this issue in the next days and will let you know.

I take it back about being ok on my un-rooted A70. After I wrote this I dug out my un-rooted device, and opened the Market again. It worked ok, but I sensed a difference so I looked up the version of the Market - it was 3.1.5. Later, when I opened the Market again, it updated itself to 3.3.11.
Lo and behold, when I looked at My apps, the listing was gone.
So it's nothing to do with rooting, it has to do with the difference between the Market 3.1.5 and 3.3.11.
Google seem to know about this, as shown in the thread below. Note the First post by bitmage, which offers a neat workaround, while waiting for Google to fix it.
Worked for me, and saves me all that uninstalling and reinstalling the Market.
