Hello,
As reported by a few forum users, some file downloads on large files from our web server were randomly failing for the past 2-3 weeks.
The problem was related to a incompatibility between the apache web server software and server module, leading to some random crashes. It took a while to investigate and fix the issue with the web downloads failing. We are currently running a temporary fix which will be turned on permanently if everything runs stable.
If you had failed download problems on our server lately, please feel free to retry and let us know if it works properly.
