Can someone please sort this, every email I get from your the ARCTABLET site that I have subscribed to etc automatically get sent straight to my email "junk" folder yet I have made sure the address I think is the correct one I need to make sure is saved in my "safe senders list", this address here <email removed>
I have added that to my safe senders list and I made sure its not in my blocked senders list too, I dont know what is going on.
I use outlook/hotmail like Ive done my whole life and never came across this problem before, its a bit of a pain as it means I need to keep trawling through my junk folder all the time to see if there is any emails from your site, I even click on the email and it gives you the option to select "wait its safe" and I always click that too and it then puts the email into my normal inbox but then the next emails everyday from your site are still always in my junk folder, can you sort this or tell me what to do please thanks ?

Our servers should normally be setup right to ensure our e-mails are properly delivered yo our users inbox. Adding the sender address to your contact list and telling your webmail or e-mail application that the message is not a SPAM should normally help having future messages coming directly to your inbox.
Maybe other hotmail users could give their feedback on that problem ?
Please note we respect our users privacy and never send unsolicited e-mails, we don't do e-mail marketing like newsletter or rent/sell user's address. Topics you post in are auto-subscribed by default for e-mail alerts, it's always possible to disable that in your forum profile configuration.

I also removed the email your mentioned in post #1 to help preventing it to receive (more) SPAM there

I noticed a similar issue myself after deleting many notification emails, after some time the emails stop arriving without any reason, some type of protection of the mail considered them spam and every email was in the Spam even if I selected them as non spam.
