This command create in your internal storage a .img file. It can be take 1-3 minutes by command. Start by mtd0, mtd1, ... and when mtdX have more than 1 go don't do ... mtd7, mtd9, mtd10

Edit :

I found this :

  • misc (mtd) mtdblock1
  • kernel (mtd) mtdblock2
  • boot (mtd) mtdblock3
  • recovery (mtd) mtdblock4
  • system (ext4) mtdblock5

yes, but you will use his personal data, which is not ethical :)

If i do it just after a factory reset there wont be my personal data in the dump files, right?

Because im planning to to reset the tablet.

Yes, factory reset erase the data block and when you dump this block with "dd" command, you dump a empty block.

Android have some blocks :

boot -> (read only without root) it have the linux kernel

recovery -> (read only) it have the recovery menu

system -> (read only without root) it have the android system

data -> (no read without root) it have apps and personal data

sdcard -> (read/write) it's the internal storage

Yes, if you want, I can do it via Team Viewer, it should be finished in 10-15 minutes, and then all the files need be uploaded somewhere, around 400 Mb.

i prefer doing it after the factory reset. and i think doing it myself is the simplest way. should i dump only these files above or the whole thing?

You did well, you can zip the biggest file (mtd4, mtd5 and mtd7) and upload all separately in the web (dropbox, mega, ...)

Actually, including the dump for mtd2 and mtd3 would be interesting as well.
