Someone knows the launching dates of the Archos 97 Platinum?? And specially in Europe (France)

I'm not sure even ARCHOS knows (joking Wink )

It's probably a matter of a few weeks before the Platinum are available. If you are in hurry, you can also consider the ONDA V972 or other Chinese similar tablets.

Sure the Archos is an Onda Rebranded

but it's the same price (with shipping and tax).

I will wait for the Archos tablet to have a good after sale service (question of warranty, i don't want to send my tablet in China in case of problem)

Talking about RMA and warranty, it seems ARCHOS support sometimes doesn't work better than sending your tablet to China. See ninjaduck's post in our forum, there are many similar reports from French / European users.
