I am a representative with TabletSprint and in additional response to new comments from dgaid 

 

The three new email records noted on the final post on page one from dgaid  are pure fabrications.  And I can only assume will most likely continue with future postings from dgaid. This individual has made use of some email correspondence from what is now a second fraudulent order and changed specific details -  maintaining some of the original paragraphs, while completely "making up" other entire paragraphs, and is quite nothing short of delusional.

 

It is fairly obvious by now that dgaid is apparently a master petty criminal and tangentially delusional in making a point of something as irrational as it may be and can seemingly "make up" whatever documents through Photoshop or whatever means this individual has access to and post them online.

 

And in citing and invoking incident by using buzz words related to an FBI criminal investigation, USPS Fraud, BBB review; none of which have any grasp in reality and do nothing but incite a negative response of readers and unduly tarnish the image of a company.

 

A certain segment of the population is seemingly criminally insane and dgaid certainly seems to fit such a profile.

 

It's a shame, since such individuals ruin things for "the rest of us".

O "Samantha" - you are not really smart.  Your primitive made up lies are apparent even to a child. 

Do you have a boss in your "post box"?  Is he as stupid as you are?  Had he seen what you have done to the company reputation?  

Do you think a criminal committed a credit card fraud would try to attract more attention to his person? "Samantha", who would believe it.  

I hope that you have a boss and he is smarter than you.  It is too late to apologize and reimburse me for the money your company stole from me.  

For me, it is not about the money.  I want other people know who they are dealing with.  There are many other Internet shops with sane employees, just do your research.   

Attached is a BBB complaint, which, apparently, went unanswered by TabletSprint.  I did not want to spend this much time on it, but people, you have seen why I continue.  This kind of "business" has to be stopped.  It undermines our trust to legitimate Internet shops.

I could upload all of the E-mails I had with them, but it is useless - "Samantha" would claim it as "Photoshop".

The new link that this individual has provided above simply reiterates this person's original attempt to spread false information about TabletSprint, after the original fraudulent order dgaid placed was caught by our fraud detection system and not all the items shipped out to this individual, and dgaid out of spite, or simply delusional reasoning, began to post negative online reviews about TabletSprint.

Additionally, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) is a nationwide non-profit organization and is not at all related to RipOffReport as dgaid mentions in the above comment; and TabletSprint has not been contacted by a BBB organization in relation to any of the fraudulent orders, dgaid attempted.

 

In contrast, RipOffReport is actually a for-profit website that has questionable business practices (see: Wiki RipoffReport ) for details --  and according to Wiki, RipOffReport "does not allow authors to remove their own reports, even in cases where a mistake has been made... Furthermore, the site states it will generally not remove reports in response to legal demands from attorneys."  Wiki also further explains that the only methods to have incorrect or false information removed, is for a company (such as ours), to pay RipOffReport an annual membership fee along with additional "consultation fees" up to $2,000.

 

Additionally, dgaid again attempts in the above comment to invoke incident by name-calling, and in using buzz words such as "bring law enforcement to the deal" to incite a negative response of readers.

I can guess what will happen soon.

Your boss will find out what you have done.

He will blame you for that and he will deny that he authorized or knew about your stupid accomplishments.  Possibly, we will also hear that you were fired in June together with Jake Robertson.

If you read carefully my messages on my profile on TabletSprint web site, I reminded you politely first, then demanded to send me my money back. Getting nothing in response, I promised you that  I will share my experience on Android/tablets forums, file BBB complaint and contact law enforcement. 

I have done most of it, except the last one.  You forced me to do it - blame yourself. 

I am pretty sure you will be fired when district attorney office will request information about the deal.

I am curious what you will write in  your resume - I suggest to be honest this time  and start with:

"Professional liar, beginner level.  Very unsophisticated".  They will find out, anyway.

And thank you for doing it, people are not so stupid as you think.  You have done enough to discredit your company.  I will use a link to this forum and post it to multiple other forums.

The above Better Business Bureau document is either a fake or manipulated from another BBB complaint filed.  

 

dgaid now certainly confirms he/she is a master petty criminal and seems to spend considerable time creating templates in Photoshop or by whatever means, to rip-off or attempt to rip off businesses, file lawsuits, etc.

 

Examine the detailed outline above, with such litigation buzz-words  "Reimbursement for lost time, unethical business behavior, emotional stress...

and in seeking "punitive actions from authorities"

 

It is obvious now that dgaid  is well-versed in "working the system" to extort businesses.

TabletSprint has worked successfully with the BBB of California in regards to the few case complaints that have been filed through them, with issues typically already resolved before we actually receive a complaint notice from the BBB, as there often is a several day delay from the time the BBB receives a complaint and the date the BBB will forward a complaint notice to a company or organization --  so in terms of the few cases on record with the BBB for TabletSprint, the case file may not show a response, simply because the customer's issue had been already resolved on our end.

 

The only thing that the above post from dgaid -- demonstrates is now how clearly delusional this individual is in fabricating and making fake documents, in an attempt to tarnish a company's image. 

 

 

TabletSprint receives hundreds of orders on a monthly basis and in terms of averages, a  very small percentage of the population is certain to file a complaint about something.  From a percentage perspective, a few complaints filed with the BBB is miniscule compared to the number of customers we serve on an annual basis and TabletSprint attempts to satisfy our customers as best we can as issues arise.

And I wanted to print some more fake credit cards today, but wait - I forgot that I ordered 

fake credit card making machine from TabletSprint... We all know what it means...

Thank you very much for informing us about this company practices.

The customer service representative jumps over her head making up apparently false accusations, regardless of the clear evidences you've demonstrated.  She only makes it more ridiculous and disgusting. I am glad she opened our eyes on what kind of people they are.

In opposite, your comments are funny, I enjoyed reading them.  I understand your cause, please, keep fighting with unscrupulous crooks. I am currently on vacation in Europe, will be back in LA in about ten days.

I have purchased several products through Tabletsprint without any problems with the product or with delivery.

 

I did a search on BBB and there are simply no such records as Dgaid has posted above, simply nothing on file, so it's obvious that Dgaid  is insane

 

The "D" is Dgaid must stand for Deranged

based on some of the  crazy comments this person has posted

To Jay K.:  Thank you, I appreciate your support.

 

To "Samatha's" friends - stupid people have stupid friends.  It is a new "customer support" tactics. 

I provided a link to BBB page.  If you really want to look, there are 3 not resolved complaints.  They 

are not resolved due to the failure of the company to respond.  Only the person who submitted the

complaint has the access to the body of the complaint.  I posted the copies of mine.

jarodreiter also believes in my evil "Photoshop templates" - what can you expect from the person who can not click on the link. 

I believe that some people were lucky and received their order without problems.  Lucky them! 

They won a lottery.  I did not.
