Ever since my charger for my arnova 10d g3 tablet broke it has been dissapointment after dissapointment, since i it has been back and forth emailing just to get a response of 'sorry email support is available to North American customers only' which infuriates me after a months worth of email. Not to mention the fact that they have also not at all picked up the phone for any assistance, especially since i found out that i need to send the charger to them at my own expense, which is ridiculous considering it will cost more to send the whole package than to buy a new charger though i refuse to duee to the companies defective charger, this just frustrates me as they now won't allow me to send any more emails and they wont reply for another number that will work in the UK. If anybody can help i will appreciate as i do not know what to do anymore, as i don't know where to file a complaint that will actually change their system to help me to get a simple replacement charger.
My advice is that you should buy a similar vat and amperage charger from amazon or any similar place.
We know that there is a lack in Customer Support from Arnova/Archos but nothing can be done.
