ISSUES THAT INVOLVES THE USB PORT/CABLE
The majority of the USB cables from the rockchip tablets are not the best, from our experience is better to use the fallowing:
- other USB cables from HTC/SAMSUNG/SONY
- try to use always the back USB ports from your PC unit (if you have a laptop it does not matter)
- use only USB 2.0 standard
- use another pc
- use an older/newer version of flashing tool
All the Rockchip tablets have a flashing mode, modernly know on other phones and tablets FASTBOOT/BOOTLOADER
-rockchip made a proprietary fastboot mode and you are not able to flash the tablet in the clasic mode sugested by google
- this FASTBOOT/FLASHING mode, is a low state of activity of the tablet, where usualy the screen is off and firmwares can be flashed using specific software like Rockchip Batch Tools
-the tool used to flash the tablet is called ROCKCHIP BATCH TOOLS (there also some older version that may help in some cases where the Rockchip Batch Tools does not have any success)
-the flashing mode can be obtained on each rockchip using either a key combination scheme (eg: power + reset + menu).
This state can be obtained if your adb connection is working by issuing the command "adb reboot bootloader"
-in the flashing mode there is no image on the screen !!!

contact me on PM for more detailes
If i may ask, with ho are you speaking ?
If is me, well, other users have reported that they fixed their tablets using the above advices, thus meaning that you are not able to understand some terms and therefore you can not apply them properly.
My first language is not English, but even so, I do consider that it is fully understandable.
The explanations are offered in a way in which everybody can understand them, even a kid.
Have a good day.
