If you are looking for product names, you have the Arnova 7c G2, the new Arnova 7c G3 (tablet review coming soon); you can also consider the Archos Gen9 tablets with the optional 3G stick that goes inside the tablet.

Any buy link for 7c G2 and 7c G3. Also 7c G2 can currently run which version of Android smoothly, in form of custom or any other rom.

The 7c g2 runs android 2.3.3 Gingerbread, there are custom roms here on the forum, which are based on the stock rom.
The 7c g3 runs android 4.0.3 ICS, it will be soon a custom firmware availble for it also, i am working on it.

You can buy the 7C G2 from ebay (price around 40-80 pounds)
The 7C G3 is curently sold in belgium, germany, france, holand, czech republic. (price around 200-240 euros)
