How can I upgrade Java to JRE 1.7 on my ARNOVA 10 b G3 ?
I desperately need this to enjoy full graphic display of banking app on this tablet.
Does Jelly Bean 4.2 have java 1.7 built in ?

Can you share the webpage where you are having the problems ?
Are you sure that the Java is the problem, and not the Flash Player ?

It is a secure HTTPS online banking stock market graphic page, without login, it wont work, all I can do is join a screen capture, but that wont help much.

Not sure on that, but it didn't work with java 1.6 and it works fine since I upgraded to JRE 1.7.
