Hello, I purchased an Arnova 7G2 in the week. After setting it up, adding music, photos and movies I cant get past the Arnova logo. I have tried following the flash instructions but I just cant get the either of my pcs to recognise the thing. The supplier has offered an exchange, what I wanted to know is what happens to all my personal data? On system flashing does it wipe the memory and clear all the content away?? I'm worried> does anyone have any ideas?

It will delete all the tablet contents.
If you return the tablet as it is know, it is technically possible for the tech support (if they really know what they are doing) to have access to your data. Still, they should be bond by confidentialy procedures and they would probably follow the easiest path and erase/reinstall a firmware as you can do by yourself.
