My Arnova 9 G2 stopped charging recently (could be due to the charger, or the battery in the tablet itself). Just bought it a month ago. I have logged a case via the Arnova website, but still after 6 days there is no sign of reply from them.
Would anybody know their support telephone number ? I'm currently in New Zealand ...
I have tried to call the UK hotline i.e. +44 906 213 24 67, but all I heard was that the number is invalid. Is there any other number ?
3 weeks running with my Arnova 9G2 still down, no hint of a reply from the logged case. I'm starting to think that getting this product is a huge mistake.

it is only an uk number
but you will need an access code, you will be asked for it when you call, you will get the access code only if you have registered your device.
