Hello all

I have a 7G3 with a 32Gb SD card added.

Often, when I am told that an app is to be updated, the update does not complete and I receive a message

Insufficient Storage.

The internal storage is 2.22Gb total, 1.62Gb free, and on the SD card

29.2Gb total, 7.44Gb free.

Can anyone shed any light on this ?

TIA

The 7g3 has an internal 2gb sdcard insalled, that's where the apps are moved to, and it may be filled up. The 32gb card is seen as the 'ext sd card'. I've read threads here on Arctablet that explain how to modify the code so the tablet sees the 'ext sd card' as the devices sd card, it involves using a certain file manager to replace the 2 lines of coding. Look for them in the 7G3 section.

Thanks for the reply, but as I said, the internal 2gb card has 1.62gb free, and the latest time I received the message I was trying to update Moon+ Reader, which I seem to recollect stated it was about 2 kb, which is why I could not understand receiving this message and the update failing.

I did not flash the tablet, it is as it was out of the box.
