Trying to install the Arnova 10 G2 custom ics firmware, I'm following instructions using the Rockchip flashing tool.not successful then tablet failed to start so I managed to flash with original arnova firmware,now I downloaded arn10g2-23-20 to install google play successful,kids play all night,turned off that Tab myself,in the morning the tab failed to turn on,just solid Green light,managed to connect to Rokchip but can't upgrade or even restore,than the light went Red,charched all day now the light is Green but When I go to put the device into flashing mode, instead of finding the device and prompting for a driver I get the following:

USB Device Not Recognized
One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it.

Tried it on Win7 computers and on an XP computer, same result.

Changed the hardware installation settings as per the troubleshooting section. Got this message windows has determined the driver software is up to date

Any thoughts anyone? Tab can't turn even a logo just Solid red then solid Green if charger is removed and input again turn to solid red,ac is bit loose as well.
